The Green Star rating system is an environmental rating scheme that evaluates the environmental attributes and performance of office buildings.

The building was assessed at the design stage by 3D computer energy modelling to optimise performance .

The building has the latest air conditioning and lighting systems that minimise energy use and give the greatest level of user comfort.
