Smart House – Transportable Home

We have designed this fully transportable contemporary house in association with Christchurch based Laing Homes.

The 98m2 two bedroom base module features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area all with 2.7m ceilings and full height double glazing.

It is designed so that other 'pods' such as master bedroom with ensuite, additional living area, double garage, additional bedrooms and bathroom, can be simply added to the base module. This enables the house to be built progressively as required.

The Smart House can be delivered completely fitted out on the back of a truck to most sites in Canterbury, West Coast and Otago areas.
